This pen is new.  It has a white body and red lettering.  It was purchased and placed in my collection.   It also states OPEN HOUSE August 12, 1988
With the Parker Vector and Jotter pens, the Parker pen company was able to showcase their ability to put multiple colors and designs on a pen, hence their advertising a "billboard in you pocket".  This pen is a great example of that.
This is a very nice looking pen that accepts Parker ball refills that can be purchased at many stationery stores.
This pen has plastic bushings
This auction includes a fresh ball cartridge.
