    Description

You are bidding on a large, very rare original antique print from an 1880s French illustrated journal.
It depicts five dogs on point, with the hunter in the distance. The dogs are all identified. There are three Gordon setters named Countess, Bounce, and Queen-Irish. The near pointer is named Juno, and the distant one is Goth.
It is very large (folio size), measuring approximately 10.5 x 14.5 inches (26.5 x 36.5 cm). The picture fills most of the page, with a French caption below.
The page is in excellent condition for its age. There is a very faint soft fold through the center, which should flatten with time.
There is text/photos on the back of the print.
See scan for an accurate view of the condition.
This is GENUINE antique/vintage item. It is not a modern reproduction.
