Beautiful Chinese Japanese Wall Hanging Scroll Rice Picture With Writing

Up for your consideration, an estate sale find,
If you are looking at this listing you will  probably know more then I do about this scroll and I wouldn't mind knowing more about it.
This is a beautiful Chinese or Japanese hanging scroll with what I think is a picture of rice and writing. I think the scroll hangs horizontally.
I assume it is signed but I do not know that for sure.
I think it is made out of rice paper.
The scroll measures 5 feet 5 inches long and 1 foot 6 inches wide.
It will come with a product card in a nice storage case and everything is in excellent condition.
